1) a meeting about your work, your inspirations, your goals and you as the artist; 2) recording the poem and sending the file to the resident musician; 3) an agreed amount of draft pieces sent from the resident musician to the writer; 4) a meeting to agree about the draft that will become the shape of the end piece; 5) an agreed number of revisions, including recording and mixing amendments; 6) the final mix; 7) sent for mastering once the poet is happy with all the composition, the recording and the audio processing.
